The Story

This series of unfortunate events.

May 2018

Mrs. “E” closed her last business, lucrative manufacturing for export plant for 5-star Hotels in the UAE due to local escalating labour unrest.  She could not imagine having to stand by when a manufacturing plant of the woodwork was being set alight for no reason, she took the decision and closed it down.

It was time to tackle a new venture and take up a new skill to secure her own future.

June 2018

Mrs. "E" and her daughter who was a Cabin Crew Manager for 12 years lived together while her daughter was travelling extensively due to her job requirements at this point under contract.

During June her daughter visited for a short period of two weeks, during this time her daughter met the man of her dreams.  She had to return to Turkey for the last leg of her contract before settling down with the love of her life.

Upon her return and settling down, after her life in the sky and living in hotel rooms from a suitcase for 12 years, many talks and in-depth discussions followed.

Mrs. "E''s daughter felt very strongly about her safety and suggested she should not stay alone, the decision was taken, Ashcheron her dog will stay with her daughter, for the time being, the two cats found a wonderful foster home and Mrs. "E" re-located to Cape Town the first week in August 2018 to live with her son and son-in-law.

August 2018

With her new venture on hand, Mrs. “E” started in an extensive program of educating herself in trading the Forex market when she enrolled in a demo trading account for the next 14 months. She traded in the demo for 18-22 hours a day.

Keeping records of every trade she entered from a losing trade to a winning trade, all of them, everyone meticulously documented for future reference to mitigate her risk in losing trades.

Today, in looking back she does not regret a single second of the long hours she had to endure while trading her demo account/s of which she lost no less than five as she unceasingly tested various trading principles.  After 14 months, on October 4, 2019, Mrs. “E” felt strongly she had adequate financial discipline, she set out and opened her “live” trading account with a mere USD 271.00 [ R7500.00 ZAR] at the time.
